Tours & Home Listings
Since 1952, members of the HBA have been opening the doors of their newly constructed homes to the public for Central Kentucky’s largest home tours. Tours include the Grand Tour of Homes, Tour of Remodeled Homes, and the Showcase of Luxury Homes.
Each year, more then then 100 Registered Builders/Registered Remodelers participate in home tours put on by the Home Builders Association of Lexington. These tours attract thousands of visitors and showcase new trends and give visitors the opportunity to meet the builder and ask questions.
Grand Tour of Homes
The Grand Tour of Homes is one of Kentucky’s largest new homes tour. The 2010Tour will be June 4-6 and 11-13. The Grand Tour of Homes provides visitors the ability to gain information regarding trends and provides the opportunity to speak the builder.

Tour of Remodeled Homes
The Tour of Remodeled Homes is Central Kentucky’s largest remodeled homes tour. This annual event is held in the Fall one weekend and is only $5 (children are free). The 2010 Tour will be on August 21 – 22. The Tour of Remodeled Homes provides visitors the opportunity to find a knowledgeable Registered Remodelor and gain information regarding current remodeling trends.

Parade of Homes
The Home Builders Association of Lexington, is proud to announce the presentation of the first single site home show to be produced in Lexington since 2002! Show dates for the Parade of Homes at Clays Crossing are July 31-August 8, 2010. Click on the following link www.clayscrossing for more information about Clays Crossing.

New Homes Destination
The HBAL Presents “Your New Home Destination”. This exciting new event will be presented in a series. Click on the New Home Destination logo to see the ad that will be published in the April 18 Weekender in the Herald-Leader.
A tab, dedicated to promoting the health of the local housing market and the HBAL builder member homes and developments featured will be published by and distributed via the Herald Leader on the first day of each event.

Showcase of Luxury Homes
The Showcase of Luxury Homes was held during the first two weekends of June and was the first tour of its kind in Central Kentucky. More than 25 homes were included in the tour with price ranges from $450,000 to $1.6M.
