Developers Council

The HBA’s Developers Council is a clearinghouse designed to keep land developers informed of potential regulatory changes affecting any aspect of land development, and for HBA staff to solicit input from developers on the impact of proposed changes.

If you are an HBA member who develops land and would like to be placed on the Developers Council in order to be informed of upcoming regulatory changes and provide input on these changes, please contact Todd Johnson at the HBA office.

Home Builders Association of Lexington, KY

Members of the Home Builders Association of Lexington receive a 3-in-1 membership into the Home Builders Association of Kentucky (HBAK) and the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB).  Founded in 1942, NAHB is a federation of more than 800 state and local associations with more than 235,000 members in the housing industry.
