The HBA’s Developers Council is a clearinghouse designed to keep land developers informed of potential regulatory changes affecting any aspect of land development, and for HBA staff to solicit input from developers on the impact of proposed changes.
Green Build Council (Download Council Application)
More information about the Green Build Council will be posted soon. The Council will meet on the 3rd Wednesday of each month at 12PM at the HBA office. Membership in the Council is required and lunch is provided at each meeting. Attendees will receive 1-CE for attending each meeting.
Remodelors Council (Download Council Application)
The Remodelers Council meets on the 1st Wednesday of each month at 11:45 at the HBA office. The Council promotes the remodeling industry as it works with local councils to raise public awareness of remodeling as it promotes the benefits to consumers of hiring professional remodelers. In conjunction with the NAHB Remodelors Council, it provides education, certification and information to assist members in all aspects of their business and to improve and promote professionalism within the remodeling industry. The Council also offers opportunities to network and socialize with colleagues.
Sales & Marketing Council (Download Council Application)
SMC Steering Committee members plan & organize educational programs and events pertaining to sales, marketing and overall business growth. Members of SMC receive discounts on educational programs, belong to the National Sales & Marketing Council, and receive the national Sales & Marketing Ideas magazine. SMC Board plans activities for the Sales & Marketing Council.
