Board of Directors
The governing body of the Home Builders Association of Lexington is the Board of Directors, which consists of 31 members. Officers, who must be builder members, consists of: President, Vice President, Treasurer, Secretary, Associate Vice President, and Immediate Past President.
All officers and one presidential appointee comprise the Executive Committee. The full board meets on the third Wednesday of every other month (February, April, June, August, October, December). The Executive Committee meets on the third Thursday of each month.
Any person desiring to appear before the Board, or bring subject matter to the attention of the Executive Committee or full Board, is requested to contact the Executive Vice President (Todd Johnson) so that their request may be included on the agenda.
